Cynthia Okereke Emotional After Being Freed By Kidnappers
A few days after being freed, Nollywood actress Cynthia Okereke has come out to talk about her terrifying experience with her kidnappers..
It should be remembered that last week, while returning from a film set in Enugu State, actors Cynthia Okereke and Clemson Cornel were kidnapped.
According to a statement from Emeka Rollas, president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, the captors requested a massive $10,000 in ransom before the actors would be freed.
Speaking to Punchng, Cynthia Okereke revealed that he had no water or food for one week but expressed gratitude to God for preserving her life.
Cynthia Okereke appreciated her friends and colleagues for supporting her in during her horrifying times in her life.

“My people, this is mama Cynthia Okereke, God is a faithful God and I have every reason to say Hallelujah in the land of the living. I didn’t know I have people and I have friends, good colleagues, people that care for me, people that can pray for me, verge for me and stand on my behalf.
“My BP is high but to God be all glory for all of you, your efforts, your prayers, and your encouragement. Mama Cynthia is alive, I will act for you people and will continue to be acting for your people. Me, I will be a late comer there, for good one week, no water no food but today I say to God be all glory forever in Jesus’ name. God will bless all of Nollywood for me”.
