Man Blames The Devil After He Was Arrested For Raping And Impregnating His 15-Year-Old Stepdaughter
A man identified as Ojo Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the Juvenile Welfare Centre (JWC) of the State CID, in Omuo-Ekiti for allegedly raping and impregnating his own daughter.

The incident was said to have happened on Friday 22nd July 2022 when it was reported that the suspect had had carnal knowledge of the victim multiple times until she finally got pregnant.
DSP Abutu Sunday, the spokesperson of the police command in a statement released on Wednesday 27th July said; “The victim, who is already 4 months pregnant, claimed that the suspect, Ojo Babatunde, who is also her stepfather, had unlawful carnal knowledge of her several times before and after she became pregnant.
The statement added that the suspect commenced his actions when the mother of his stepdaughter was admitted in the hospital for three weeks after giving birth through Caesarean Section leaving him and the victim at home.
The suspect was said to have raped the victim several times by luring her into the farm and defiling her after which he will threaten to kill her if she voices out to anyone.
Upon interrogation, the suspect after he was arrested confessed to the crime, claiming that his actions were the handwork of the devil.
