“I no dey collect change, I dey collect better money”– Policeman boldly tells passengers
A policeman has been captured on tape explaining to a motorists and his passengers that he does not collect little bribe..
The officer and his colleague had stopped a vehicle and demanded money from them after inspecting the car papers.
In a video circulating online, they offered him an undisclosed amount but he rejected the money and said that he only collects a sizable amount.
He said that he does not collect change and he learnt it from his superior officer who said that he should only collect huge bribe that they can share
