PSG ready to sell Neymar after Mbappe’s decision

Paris Saint-Germain are open to selling Neymar this summer if an acceptable bid is received..

However, Goal reports that the Brazil superstar would be hesitant to leave.

Neymar arrived at Parc des Princes in a world-record transfer from Barcelona in 2018.

But a failure to win the Champions League and Kylian Mbappe’s decision to extend his stay with the club, means PSG would consider parting ways with the 30-year-old.


Neymar received the brunt of criticism from the club’s supporters, with him and Lionel Messi both roundly booed in the spring following their failure in Europe.

The Brazilian player’s attitude and on-field stagnation have also been scrutinised by the club.


Mbappe’s decision to remain at PSG may also influence any decision-making process involving Neymar’s future, with the 23-year-old thought to have some sway in transfer policy and squad matters following his lucrative new deal.

His relationship with Neymar is said to have cooled in recent years.
