PDP Lawmaker Joins Labour Party, Jonathan Wanted As Consensus Candidate (Details below)

Mr Nanbol Daniel (A member of Plateau State House of Assembly) has officially defected to the Labour Party (LP) after resigning his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

However, Daniel told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Jos on Saturday that he weighed all options available, consulted widely and decided to pitch a tent with LP.

This is equally coming less than a few days after Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, recently dumped the PDP for LP.

Daniel alleged that some members who envied his performance resorted to using propaganda against him in the name of zoning.

Jonathan Wanted As Consensus Candidate

A group of protesters stormed the national secretariat of APC in Abuja, demanding that Goodluck Jonathan should be the ruling party’s presidential flag bearer in 2023 election.
