A Twitter user was taken to one of Nigeria’s richest suburbs called Lekki for property viewing but was disappointed to see an apartment that was shown to him with the toilet and kitchen in the same enclosed area.

The shocking thing is that the property is being rented out for over 24,000 cedis (N1.3 million). This may sound unbelievable but many have complained about dilapidated properties with exorbitant price tags in areas that are considered to be posh.

@thezikora told netizens who reacted to his video that this was in fact the second most absurd property he had been shown. He shared pictures of the first property which was called a “luxury mini flat.”

Small Lagos apartment rented for N600k causes a stir Meanwhile, Edujandon.com previously reported a video of a small Lagos apartment with no kitchen rented for N600k.

The poster, whose Twitter bio reads that she is into real estate, lamented on the social media platform that the apartment also doesn’t come with a kitchen.

Apart from the outrageous price of the small apartment, the lady revealed that a prospective occupant was expected to pay a monthly service charge of N30k. The real estate consultant stated that the said apartment is located in Salem Ikate, Lagos.
