JUST IN: Arewa Youths Attack Hajiya Halima Market In Sokoto Over Killing Of Northerners In S’east (Details below)
Angry Hausa youths have reportedly launched attack in Hajiya halima phone market in Sokoto State over the killing of Northerners in the Southeast region.
A source who spoke with Newsband from Sokoto State said that the rampaging youths launched attack at the market which is mostly dominated by Igbos in order to avenge the killing of a pregnant Muslim woman and her four kids in Anambra State on Saturday last week.
At the time of filing this report, Newsband cannot independently verify if there are casualties in the attack.
