“I Saw 8 Fulani Herdsmen Who Asked Me To Bring N30 Million Or Else” – Local Farmer Narrate (Details below)
A Palm plantation worker identified as Okeke Nkemjika has every reason to thank God after he escaped the clutches of some alleged Fulani herders by the skin of his teeth.
The victim narrated his ordeal to Edujandon.com Reporters. According to him, while he carrying palm fruits to a vehicle on his visit to the plantation on 22 May 2022, he met 8 Fulani herdsmen with guns, machetes, and sticks. He revealed that they threatened to take him hostage if he doesn’t give them the sum of #30 million.
By then the driver of the vehicle he used in coming to the plantation has whisked away.
He added that the gang operates from Garrik Cattle market in Abia and alleged that they were responsible for all the abductions in Uturu and the killing of Abia State University students
