American Rapper, Young Thug Set To Rescue Africans Stranded In Ukraine Amid Russia’s Invasion

American hip-hop rapper, Jeffery Lamar Williams, well known as Young Thug has revealed his intentions to rescues Africans who are currently stranded in Ukraine following Russia’s invasion..

On Thursday 24th February, Russia launched nuclear attacks on Ukraine which has reportedly led to the death of many. This attack was initiated in Ukraine and its southern neighbors by the order of the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

There are reports of attacks on Ukrainian military infrastructure across the country, and Russian convoys entering from all directions.

He announced a military operation in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region which is a home for many Russian-speaking Ukrainians. However, part of the region has been occupied by Russian-backed rebel since 2014.

Putin further urged Ukrainian soldiers in the combat zone to lay down their weapons and go home, but said clashes were inevitable and only a question of time.

Ghanaian students living in Ukraine have called on the Ghanaian government to evacuate them from Ukraine as they fear for their lives while Russia continue to laun cm more attacks on the country.

Dr. Araba Maame Arkoah, a , a Ghanaian medical doctor based in Ukraine inquired through the ministry of foreign affairs is the Ghanaian government has heard nothing about the nuclear attacks launched in Ukraine by Russia.

However, reports surfaced that the first batch of Ghanaian students in Ukraine have been successfully evacuated to Romania as plans are in place to evacuate the rest as tensions keep escalating.

Well, Young Thug has revealed his intentions to also run to the aid of Africans currently in distress in Ukraine over the invasion. Taking to his social media page, Young Thug lamented about the fact that blacks are not being given shelter or made to cross the boarder, thus his decision.

He pleaded for the organization in charge of evacuation to reach out to him so the necessary plans be made to evacuate Africans from the war-hit country.
