BREAKING: Frank Lampard is the new Everton manager
Everton have confirmed Frank Lampard as their new manager according to Sky Sports. The former Chelsea boss will take over from Rafael Benitez, and has allegedly signed a two-and-a-half year deal at Goodison Park..
It is also being reported that ex-Derby and Swansea boss Paul Clement will be Lampard’s assistant.
The Toffees have been on the lookout for a new man in the hotseat ever since firing Benitez earlier this month.
The likes of Victor Pereira and and Duncan Ferguson were also considered for the permanent position.
