Whitemoney, a Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, has emerged as the winner with the highest votes in the Johnnie Walker social media contest.
As announced on the Johnnie Walker verified Instagram page on Saturday, Whitemoney won the grand prize of one million naira, all thanks to his active fab base.
The announcement read, “And the results are in. @whitemoney__ emerged as the most voted housemate that embodies the #Keepwalking mantra. Congratulations, you’ve won N1 million.”
Liquorose, however, emerged as the runner up, as she got the second highest number of votes in the social media contest.
As her reward for getting the second highest number of votes, Liquorose gets N500,000, courtesy of Johnnie Walker.
The announcement via Instagram read, “Our fan votes revealed a 2nd popular demand for a housemate who embodies the #KeepWalking mantra. After due consideration, we have decided to award @liquorose as a housemate who embodies the #Keepwalking mantra with the sum of N500k.
The winning process
On Thursday, the housemates participated in a Johnnie Walker task and Team Red Label emerged as the winner with a sum of N2m.
However, on the Johnnie Walker Instagram page, fans were asked for their favorite housemate that “embodies the #KeepWalking mantra.”
The results of the fan votes revealed Whitemoney as the winner and Liquorose as the runner up.
