Trouble For Herdsmen As They Left Something Behind After Carrying Out Their Operation in Ebonyi State (Details below)
The suspected herdsmen who attacked 3 villages in Ebonyi state have fled the villages but not without leaving a clue this time. The Nigerian Police force have reportedly recovered the clue and investigations are going on currently to identify their sponsors.
According to the Punch, the Herdsmen were being camped by security agencies after they have killed about 16 People in Obeagu Ebonyi State. In an attempt to leave the Village fast, they left a vital clue behind.
A source who is familiar to the investigation told the Punch News that, “As I speak with you, the police and other security agencies were profiling some items the assailants left behind while they were leaving the scene. I can you that some of their sponsors have been identified through those traces and closing on the sponsors.”
Also, the Ebonyi State Police Spokesperson also comfirmed this as she revealed that the Sponsors of the criminals will soon be revealed.
