Victor Osimhen Scores For Napoli On Return From Head Injury
Victor Osimhen marked his return to Napoli’s side with a goal in their 3-1 home win against Bologna, in Sunday’s Serie A fixture, Completesports.com reports.
Osimhen missed Napoli’s last three games after he was rushed to hospital following a collision with an Atalanta player last month..
Coming on in the 53rd minute against Bologna, Osimhen scored on 65 minutes to make it 2-0. Lorenzo Insigne got Napoli’s first and third goals.
The Super Eagles striker has now scored three goals in the Italian too-flight this season. His last goal in the league was on 8th November 2020.
Napoli occupy sixth place on 47 points in the league table.
