Remember The Judge That Declared Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB A Terrorist Group? He Is Dead (Details below)

It is indeed sad for the Judicial arm of government as a notable Chief Judge has finally passed on. This judge worked tirelessly to ensure that peace, harmony reign supreme during his time in office. He made sure that many criminal elements like IPOB members were nipped in the board.

His name is Rtd. Justice Abdul-Kafarati Adamu. Adamu was called to Nigerian Bar in 1979 and served from 1980 till 2017. This notable, respectable Nigerian served his nation well.

If you recall, Adamu took a giant stride many years ago to proscribe Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB as a terrorist group in the country. Although his action brought him criticism from well-meaning Nigerians, in the end, many Nigerians came to appreciate his decision.

Although Adamu is no more today, many Nigerians including his wife, children, friends, and well-wishers are going to miss him. May his soul rest in peace.

This post has however attracted much attention so far. The majority thinks that he was a good man while he was alive. They pointed out his achievements and also asked God to receive his soul.

There are a few others who think differently. This category of people reasoned that his action in prescribing IPOB as a terrorist group was not well thought of.
