‘There Are So Many Wicked People In Nigeria; Despite Being A Religious Country’ – Gbemi Olateru Olagbegi
Gbemi Olateru Olagbegi has taken to social media and lamented over the level of wickedness in Nigeria despite being a religious country..
The popular media personality stated that despite Nigeria being a religious country, it is full of wicked people citing how one must grease palms or have connections before accessing simple things like a passport, Driver’s License, among others.
The 36 years old Nigerian broadcaster and presenter known for presenting programs on The Beat 99.9 FM added that she is waiting for the day a Nigerian can get these simple things without knowing someone on the inside.
“I genuinely look forward to the day that every Nigerian can get the simple things like a passport , a drivers license , National ID card etc without knowing someone on the inside or greasing any palms . No stress /waiting for months.
And as religious as we are ….. it’s difficult to understand why many are so wicked . Because it’s a human being like you who is delaying these things o. Do religious leaders preach against this “Nigerian wickedness “ enough ?” she wrote.
