SO SAD: Mother Of Five Commits Suicide Because She Can’t Take Care Of Her Children (Details below)

A woman identified as Ifeoma Otubo has reportedly committed suicide because of hardship. The tragic incident occurred at Okposi Umuoghara, in Ezza North local government Area of Ebonyi State.

The 45-year-old woman was found hanging from a mango tree behind her house in the early hours of Sunday, December 20.
The deceased’s brother, Christopher Oyibo, who confirmed the incident, said she had attempted to commit suicide in 2014 because of hardship but was rescued.

It was gathered that the mother of five took the drastic action after she lamented that she was finding it difficult to take care of her children.
According to a source from the community, the deceased and family were displaced due to the Ezza/Eziulo lingering communal crisis in Ishielu local government area of the state.

In a tragic twist, two members of a church have been confirmed dead after their bus was involved in an accident.

According to reports, the church members attended a burial ceremony and were on their way back to base on Sunday, Dec 20, when the accident occurred in Akwa Ibom.
Photos from the scene show a lady lying lifeless on the floor and others bleeding while some escaped unharmed.

They were travelling on a mission bus with Christ Apostolic Church written on it.
It was gathered that the occupants of the bus are believed to be the choir members of Christ Apostolic Church and they were returning to Oron from where the burial took place.
The injured ones were taken to a nearby hospital.
