See 7 Most Stingy Popular Nigerian Musicians, They Treat Upcoming Ones Like Trash; No 2 Is Very Stingy
In Nigeria today, we have numerous popular celebrities most especially in the musical industries those who are extremists in not helping others (STINGY), and when they give, it’s always on a strict condition.
Amidst the list of generous Nigerian celebrities, those that have sacrificed a lot to bring others from grass to the limelight, some can be considered as MOST STINGY CELEBRITIES IN NIGERIA.
1. WIZKID
Tracing back on the profile of a Nigerian superstar popularly known as Wizkid, it’s so disheartening that despite his achievements only Mr. Eazi could be accounted for, the only artist we can figure out that was able to emerge on the spotlight sighed into Starboy Entertainment.
In 2016, the label expanded into StarBoy Worldwide, with the signing of Ghana’s Efya, Mr. Eazi, and R2Bees. The announcement was made by Wizkid at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. He also named Paedae of R2Bees as president of the new, expanded label. But so unfortunate that the majority are still crawling in the industry.
The popular singer has been enlisted among most stingy Nigerian celebrities because of not making a positive impact, no giveaway, hardly respond to his social media fans that requested his help online.
2. Okoye’s Family (Jude, Peter & Paul Okoye)
This family should have come first on the list because of their extreme stingy nature in the musical industry.
Aynaijang aproko could trace back to 2018, when the defunct music group formerly known as P’square, and some other popular musicians like 9ice were invited by MTN to perform at the University of Ado Ekiti currently known as Ekiti State University (EKSU).
So encouraging that 9ice brilliantly did well by giving out his expensive wristwatch, but to our amazement, all of a sudden P-square started sharing free album disks on stage that cost just N100.
We further recall the recent social media brouhaha between Jude Okoye and the former signee popularly known as May D, and Cynthia Morgan that completely painted them black over the family’s stingy nature.
Nothing like a giveaway, assisting upcoming artists without strict conditions that won’t make them feel like they are been enslaved. etc
3. PATORANKING
Patoranking is one of the few Nigerian celebrities that climbed the ladder to the limelight by grace after his first single featuring Timaya.
God has blessed the reggae dance-hall singer who once hawked Gala on the street beyond his biggest imaginations.
In these trying times where some blessed celebrities are expected to give back to their music lovers, Patoranking was nowhere to be found.
One of the biggest disappointments is that he bluntly stated via his social media handle that he will not do giveaway for people online, he would rather give his money out to people in the ghettos and slums.
Anyway, Mr. oversabi Patoranking a small giveaway online cannot kill you after all it’s the people online giving you the streams, views, downloads, and show attendance you make money from.
4. Burna Boy
Nigerian afro-fusion star Burna Boy sometimes prior during the hard period inflicted on Nigerians by Coronavirus pandemic, instead of him to keep shut, he bluntly lambasted his fans that it’s ain’t his duty to do giveaway claiming that it’s the government job.
Meanwhile, no record of any upcoming artist that came to the spotlight has been traced to his profile. So bad!
