You want to kill us as you killed our brothers in lekki? – Youths confronts Army as #ENDSARS protest resumes (Video)
The #EndSars has died down in the streets in recent days because numerous states in Nigeria declare a curfew but Nigerian youths continue their fight on social media. The protest is not only against the police brutality anymore but rather the bad governance. The corruption in Nigeria is just way too much but the time to speak up and fight against bad governance is now. The #EndSars movement against the killings, extortion, harassment of citizens by the Nigerian police has been able to uncover numerous things. Palliative meant to be distributed by the government amidst the corona pandemic have been found but the protests on street have literally died down.
However, the #Endsars protest has resumed in some places in Nigeria. The youths in Abuja went to Abuja airport today but they were confronted by the Nigerian Army to stop the protest. The soro soke generation refused and they were heard saying “do you want to kill us?” You want to kill us like you killed our brothers in Lagos?”
