COVID-19 Palliatives From Nigeria Is Reportedly Being Sold In London
The Twitter user shared a screenshot of the message he received from a UK resident who took a snapshot of the branded palliative noodles he came across at an African market in East ham, London.
A Twitter user has alleged that cartons of noodles which are COVID-19 palliatives from Nigeria have been spotted for sale in London..
The palliatives, contributed under the Coalition Against COVID-19 (CACOVID) scheme during the peak of the pandemic was meant to be distributed to Nigerians to cushion the effect of the virus on the life of citizens.
Chisom @_PLICE shared a screenshot of the message he received from a UK resident who took a snapshot of the branded palliative noodles he came across at an African market in East ham, London.
According to the message, it was learnt that the food items were allegedly imported into London by a Chinese UK company.
He also revealed that the company has been reported to the British Trading Standards to be investigated and prosecuted.
