A Nigerian lady, Natalie Adepoju, and American boyfriend and actor, Gregory Tyree Boyce were found dead in the actor’s condo in Las Vegas in May 2020.

Their bodies were found laying on their backs on the bed with signs of rigor mortis and blood pooling which revealed they had been dead for some time. An unknown white powder substance sat on the nightstand near their bodies accompanied by a straw and a plastic card, according to a report by DailyMail.

Their death stirred up mysteries the authorities and fans tried to unravel.

Even though the police said they found some substance at the scene of their death, Natalie’s family seem to know the cause of their daughter’s death which might not be what the public is thinking.

Gregory Tyree Boyce and his girlfriend had a history with hard drugs, according to new reports. Leadbitter, Greg’s roommate, and his mother divulged that the couple had a history of doing hard drugs including cocaine and meth.

What was more disturbing was that in a December post, the Twilight actor had reflected on his life as he celebrated turning 30 – and hinted he wasn’t sure how he’d survived so long;

“At one point I didn’t think I would make it to see 30 years old,”he captioned a throwback snap of himself as a boy.

“Over the years like everyone else I have made mistakes along the way, but today is one of those days I only reflect on the great ones. What a time to be alive. Happy Dirty 30 self! Let’s make the rest of these years your best!!”

Just three days before their deaths, the couple – who had been dating for a year – celebrated Mother’s Day together. Gregory shared a picture of himself and Natalie on Instagram.

“Happy Mother’s Day again to my right hand/ my roll dog/ my Queen! Love you,”he had captioned the beach shot.

An insider said Greg was supposed to be in Los Angeles where his 10-year old daughter Alaya lives with her mum.

Natalie’s family hinted that they knew the sad cause of her death but are yet to share it. A GoFundMepage was also set up for well-wishers to donate money to cover the transportation of the body for burial.

“We are writing this letter to let you know that our loving daughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend Natalie Adepoju suddenly passed away on May 13, 2020, in Las Vegas, NV,” they wrote on the page, which attracted more than $6,000 in donations.

“Currently, it is our wish to not disclose the cause. We ask that you respect the family’s wishes. However, due to the sudden passing and the need to bring Natalie home, we are asking if you can help with any monetary donation.

“Natalie had so much life to live we are saddened that her life was cut short. Natalie leaves behind one son, her father, 2 brothers and 1 sister, and a host of family and friends who love her dearly. Any amount would help send our baby home the proper way,” her family added.

The couple, who had been dating for more than a year, was last seen alive by Gregory’s cousin and roommate on May 11 after he realised Gregory’s car was still at his home even though he was supposed to be in Los Angeles at the time.

Gregory died aged 30 while Natalie was 27 when she died. Greg left behind a 10-year-old girl named Alaya while Natalie left behind a young boy named Egypt.

A new report however revealed that the effects of fentanyl and cocaine intoxication killed the Twilight actor and his Nigerian girlfriend, Natalie Adepoju. According to Clark County coroner, John Fudenberg, the duo died from an ”accidental” overdose of cocaine and fentanyl intoxication.

Boyce’s brother Chris Wayne wrote on Facebook:”I wish you were still here bro. The world lost an awesome person.”

His mother Lisa Wayne wrote:

“I’m sick without you. I’m torn, I’m lost. I’m in pain.

“I’d text you or call you when I was broken or worried about something, and you’d tell me, Ma, I got you, we’ll get thru this together. Boy. Why did you leave me?”

She added:”Never another hug, kiss or to hear those words, I love you again. I’m broken. I love you Greggy, my Hunny.”

She revealed that Boyce and Adepoju were in the process of starting a chicken wings business with flavours named after west coast rappers.

Born in 1989 in California, Gregory was best-known for playing Tyler Crowley in the Twilight films, which were massive hits with audiences worldwide.

In the movies, Tyler is one of Bella Swan’s (played by Kristen Stewart) friends from high school and is one of several boys who is infatuated with her. He also appeared alongside Trevor Jackson in the short film Apocolypse as Cowboy in 2018.
