Osinbajo’s Spokesman Denies Liking Tweet Insulting Buhari, cites “Touch Error”
A THREAD:
On Friday October 23, 2020, vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande ‘liked’ a tweet made by author Reno Omokri, where General Buhari is described as a semiliterate without a WAEC certificate.
This goes to corroborate what Reno Omokri tweeted on Thursday October 22, 2020, when he tweeted as follows
“A Villa source told me that Osinbajo was ashamed of Buhari’s broadcast. That is why he refused to retweet it or share it on social media as was his previous usual practice. Even the Osinbajo people are ashamed of Buhari!”
However, after Omokri exposed Mr Akande’s faux pas, Mr Akande claimed in a tweet that he liked the tweet in error, tweeting as follows:
“Ah, in your dreams! …. Touch error.” (Please see
