Photos Of Journalist Agba Jalingo Before His Arrest During ‘Revolution Now’ Protest
Journalist Agba Jalingo has been reportedly arrested alongside several others who joined the #RevolutionNow protest in Lagos on Wednesday.
A protester Jamiu Towolawi told IGBERE TV that the police attacked members of the group around Ikeja Along area, adding that 15 people are missing..
Mr Towolawi said: “They shot tear gas at us at Ikeja Underbridge and brutalised our people. Agba Jalingo is among those arrested.”
Edujandon.com recall that Mr Jalingo was only recently freed after nearly six months in detention following a publication report alleging that Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade diverted N500 million from the state’s treasury.
