It’s abomination for political appointee to issue directive when VP is alive – Nnamdi Kanu
The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has described as an abomination in a democracy, a situation where a political appointee will be issuing directive to citizens, who cannot hold him accountable through the ballot boxes.
Mazi Kanu, therefore, mocked the Nigerian government for allegedly going to his Facebook page yesterday to receive what he described as “free education” in History, Civics Constitutional Governance and Democracy.
The IPOB leader and Director of Radio Biafra, therefore, said that very soon, he would start charging Nigerian government for receiving free education from his page.
In a statement entitled, “Learning is good, isn’t it? especially from miscreants” personally signed by Mazi Kanu and made available by IPOB Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, he queried why the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Boss Mustapha will allegedly make announcement that was supposed to be made by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.
He said that later that same night, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, issued a statement, rebuking the government for using Boss Mustapha to issue directives to Nigeria citizens.
Mazi Kanu’s statement read: “Good to see that Nigeria, her failed government and opposition come to my page to receive free education in History, Civics, Constitutional Governance and Democracy. Very soon I have to start charging them.
“Last night, I wrote in my penultimate post that “an unelected, unaccountable Boss Mustapha made an announcement which a popular TV station, knew ought to have been made by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo in the absence of a President.
