Ten people have been confirmed dead and others trapped under the rubble as a hotel being used as quarantine centre for Coronavirus patients collapsed in China city of Quanzhou.
The hotel building was used to quarantine people under observation for the dreaded ailment.
A total number of 71 people were initially trapped, but authorities have rescued 48, of whom 38 are now receiving treatment in different hospitals.
According to State news agency, Xinhua, the building started collapsing on Saturday evening.

Most of the isolated people inside the collapsed building at the time had not tested positive for the virus but were put under preventive quarantine to monitor their health.
Xinhua also reported that the owner of the building, a man surnamed Yang, has been summoned by police.
A video also show a two-year-old boy being pulled out of the rubble unhurt, and the news outlet reports that the boys parents have been rushed to hospital
