Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Aviation Minister, on Saturday reacted to the proscription of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, IMN, also known as Shi’ite by an Abuja court.

He described the proscription of Shi’ite as the greatest mistake allegedly made by President Muhammadu Buhari.

An Abuja Federal High Court had on Friday ordered the proscription of IMN, following their clashes with security operatives.

The Justice Nkeonye Maha-led court designated the activities of IMN organisation in any part of Nigeria “as acts of terrorism and illegality.”

Recall that members of IMN had on Monday attacked emergency point of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA.

Several persons were injured while many vehicles belonging to the agency were set ablaze in the bloody attack

However, Fani-Kayode, in a tweet wrote: “The three biggest mistakes @MBuhari has made are:

“To proscribe IPOB and persecute its members.

“To proscribe IMN and persecute its members.

“To encourage the mass murder of Nigerians by Fulani herdsmen and refuse to declare them as terrorists.

“He will regret ALL three!”
