The musician had the party on Sunday night, in a massive casino-royale themed party which was put together by his wife Chrissy Teigen.

Their Beverly Hills Mansion was turned into an epic casino night and was fully adorned in red roses and gold casino-esqué accents by party planner Lisa Vorce.

The bash was attended by Kim Kardashian, her husband Kanye West, Kourtney Kardashian, Stephanie Shepard, Simon Huck, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson among many others.

John shared photos from the party on his Instagram page and followed up with an interesting caption.

He wrote: “Saturday night, my amazing wife threw me the most incredible 40th birthday party I could imagine! So good to be surrounded by family and loved ones. I had the time of my life.

“I’m so grateful. And the photo booth? The greatest of all time (in the Instagram era, that’s like 90% of party planning, right?)”
