Tinubu, El-Rufai, Lai Mohammed, others attend Bisi Akande’s 80th birthday (Photos)
Photos have emerged from the 80 th birthday celebration of the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress , Bisi Akande .
The governor of Kaduna State , Nasir El -Rufai , who gave the keynote address at the event to commemorate Akande ’ s birthday on Wednesday , shared photos on his verified Twitter handle .
He tweeted , “ Chief Bisi Akande is a most amiable elder statesman who has made immense contributions to our country . I am delighted to join leaders and friends in Ibadan to celebrate his 80 th birthday . ”
Other dignitaries , who attended the birthday celebration included APC national leader , Bola Tinubu, Minister of Information and Culture , Lai Mohammed , Governor Isiaka Gboyega of Osun State .
The governorship candidate of the APC in Lagos State , Babajide Sanwo – Olu and his running mate , Obafemi Hamzat was also seen sandwiching the octogenarian .
