Former Manchester United Coach, Sir Alex Ferguson has finally expressed his disappointment over the performance of Manchester United under Coach Jose Mourinho. Ferguson looked furious watching from the stands as Manchester United fell to a 3-1 defeat at Liverpool which left them 19 points behind their rivals.

With United trailing by two goals in the final stages of the match, the cameras panned to Ferguson sitting next to United’s former chief executive David Gill. The former Manchester United manager, 76, summed up the mood of the Old Trafford faithful as he brought back his classic frown and a disgusted shake of the head.
Mourinho’s men were largely second best throughout the contest with a late double from substitute from Xherdan Shaqiri condemning the Red Devils to another defeat. The Sun revealed Ferguson had been banned from attending United’s match against Fulham last weekend by doctors concerned over his health. And many fans online believe the away side’s abject performance served as a disservice to the Manchester United legend in the stands.
Ferguson was hailed during his managerial career for ending Liverpool’s dominance of domestic football during his decorated 25-year reign, winning 13 Premier League titles. They spotted him on match days at three successive games in just nine days including an adrenalin pumping 2-2 draw away at Southampton.
