Buhari Seen Visiting Wounded Soldiers In Maiduguri (Photo)
Nigeria’s number one man, President Muhammadu Buhari has paid a visit to injured soldiers in the city of Maiduguri.
President Muhammadu Buhari has visited wounded soldiers in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
The President visited the soldiers on Wednesday after attending the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Annual Conference where he declared the event open.
He also appreciated their sacrifice for the country.
President Buhari posted a photo of the moment he visited the soldiers on Twitter. He wrote “Today in Maiduguri I visited our wounded troops.
“Across the Northeast we have officers and men fighting bravely and tirelessly to keep our country safe from terrorism and violence. I salute their sacrifice on our behalf. And may the souls of the fallen rest in peace.”
