BREAKING: Mamoth Crowd Turn Up In Abuja As Kwankwaso Declares For Presidency

Former Governor of Kano State and Senator representing Kano Central on Wednesday formally declared his presidential ambition in Abuja.
The lawmaker representing Kano Central Senatorial District, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, has on Wednesday, declared for the Presidency on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of 2019 general election.

According to reports the political declaration literary grounded the Jabi District of Abuja, as the lawmaker’s supporters drawn from the 36 states of the federation and the FCT thronged the Chinda Hotel, venue of the declaration.

Photos which are making the rounds online, show a sea of heads numbering over five thousands adorning red caps made popular by Kwankwaso, as they took over the hotel premises, singing and dancing to the rhythm of music by traditional drummers.

While declaring his intention to run for the presidency, Kwakwanso said; “As I formally declare my intention to vie for the office of the President on the platform of the PDP, I promise you a value-based leadership. We shall provide national security and as a former Minister of Defense, I know what I am talking about here.”
