U.S Singer, Tina Turner’s Oldest Son Commits Suicide At His Home

US singer, Tina Turner’s firstborn son, Craig Turner, has been found dead from apparent suicide at the age of 59 in him home.

American-born Swiss singer-songwriter, dancer, actress, and author, Tina Turner’s oldest son, Craig Raymond Turner has committed suicide, after he was was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, at his home in Studio City, California on Tuesday.

According to reports, the 59-year-old Craig was pronounced dead at the scene at 12.38pm and Los Angeles County coroner’s office assistant chief, Ed Winter confirmed his death was being reported as suicide, although the official autopsy is pending.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Craig Raymond Turner died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Studio City, CA. Authorities arrived at his place just after noon Tuesday and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Craig was born when Tina was 18 … before she married Ike Turner. Once Tina and Ike wed, Ike adopted Craig. His biological father was a saxophonist named Raymond Hill, who performed with Ike’s band.

The sad news of his death comes as Tina is making a rare trip outside her new home country of Switzerland to attend Paris Fashion Week events.

The decead’s famous 78-year-old mother, Tina, who was seen attending Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week just a few short hours before her son was found dead, was just 18 when she gave birth to Craig, whose father was a saxophonist named Raymond Hill. Tina later married Ike Turner, who adopted her son and gave him his name.
