Paulo Dybala has trolled his Juventus teammate Juan Cuadrado after the Colombian revealed he has given the No.7 shirt to Cristiano Ronaldo .Earlier this week Juventus announced they have agreed a deal to sign Ronaldo from Real Madrid, where he scored 450 goals in 438 appearances.

Ronaldo famously wore the No.7 shirt at Madrid – he wears the same shirt number for the Portugal national team.

That makes things a little awkward for Cuadrado, who wore the No.7 shirt for Juventus last season.

But in an Instagram post , Cuadrado has revealed he will hand the number over to Ronaldo.

Coupled with a picture of himself holding up a “Ronaldo 7″ Juventus shirt, Cuadrado wrote: It is more blessed to give than to receive. Blessings to Cristiano in his new adventure.”

Dybala appeared to see the funny side of Cuadrado’s sacrifice, replying with four crying laughter emojis.

Douglas Costa was the next Juventus player to get involved, although seemed to be sticking up for Cuadrado as he asked: “What’s up brother?”

Cuadrado subsequently explained: “They asked if I wanted the No.11 and I said no, that was yours. The important thing is playing, even if we have 567 on the back.”

The Colombian later got his “revenge” on Dybala by including him in a poll to decide his new Juventus number.

The former No.7 put forward No.16, No.21, No.49 and finally Dybala’s No.10 shirt to his Twitter followers, tagging the Argentine in the tweet with a few laughing emojis of his own.

After 16,000 votes, each number had received 24%, 27%, 26% and 23% of the vote respectively, meaning Dybala looks like he will keep the shirt bestowed on him last season.

Ronaldo scored a memorable overhead volley against Juventus in the Champions League last season before scoring a vital penalty in the home leg, making him the first player to score 10 goals against the same opponent in the competition.

Cuadrado has made 114 appearances for Juventus since joining from Chelsea in 2015.
