The Kwara State Police Command has reacted to an alleged video of Offa Bank robbery currently trending online.
A Divisional Police Officer, DPO, under the Command, DSP Ajayi Okasonmi, whose number was attached to the video trending online, however, dismissed knowledge of the footage, saying he can’t confirm its authenticity.

According to Okasonmi, “As for the video of Offa bank robbery, I have no comment as regards the authenticity because I’m not the author.
“All I know is that there was a robbery in Offa and I saw the video you are referring to, but how it came about, I don’t know.’
On the arrest of additional suspects to those already apprehended, Okasonmi said, “We are keeping that to ourselves for now but we are making arrest.
