Linda Ikeji may not marry anytime soon despite engagement – Kemi Olunloyo
Controversial social media influencer and journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, will not join the wagon of Nigerians awaiting the wedding day of popular blogger Linda Ikeji.
Remember, we broke the news yesterday on the engagement of the blogger to her former boyfriend who relocated to the United States and a lot of Nigerians have sent in their congratulatory messages to the media mogul, whom everyone believes is due for marriage.
Social media users are at the same time speculating that her wedding will be coming soon and hopefully by then, the identity of the lucky man would have been revealed.
But Kemi Olunloyo is having a different view on the entire engagement saga and according to Madam KOO who once received a donation of N100,000 from the millionaire blogger during her travails in court, the fact that Linda is engaged doesn’t mean she is getting married.
She made reference to Oprah Winfrey’s marital status over decades despite being engaged. Taking to Twitter, she posted:
“#Nigerians as always SMART but NOT intelligent. The fact that u are engaged does Not Mean You are marrying SOON! @Oprah has been engaged since I was 21 yo. Im 53 now. I worked as her 19yo intern at @wjz in 1983 on a talkshow b4 she left for #Chitown. Linda Ikeji take UR TIME.”
Linda Ikeji is presently 37 and although she has been quiet about the identity of the man, but some quarters are speculating that it could be the popular OAP Dan Foster.
Dan Foster and Linda Ikeji used to be lovers, but they separated on mutual grounds after she discovered that the American was married with kids. According to teh OAP, it was a very decision for them both at the time of separation because the blogger was seriously in love with him. But he took the entire blame for not revealing his relationship status to her on time.
