Korede Bello talks about the secret of his growth in the music industry
Mavin records singer, Korede Bello, has opened up on what is responsible for his growth in the entertainment industry. According to the Godwin crooner the secret of his growth in the entertainment industry simply lies in giving.
Korede Bello says he loves to empower people, most especially the growing population and that is the reason why he collaborated with some governmental agencies to sensitise Nigerians on the trivial issues that concern them:
“I love to help out whenever I can and I believe that giving is one sure way to advance in life. The more you give, the bigger you grow.
“Everywhere I find myself, I want to empower people. I want to be of help to my generation and that’s part of what informed my partnership with the Nigeria Police and other organisations. It is basically to correct some faulty notions that some people have about the police. Even though there may be some bad eggs, there are a lot of great and hard-working officers in the force. And we should encourage them for the services they render to the nation”
Reacting to claims that he is not paying the required attention to his studies. The handsome singer said:
“As a student, I tried my best to dedicate quality time to my studies. Even as an artiste with a very busy schedule, I made sure that my education does not suffer.”
When Korede Bello was asked about the working relationship he has with other members of the Mavin crew. He responded saying they all look out for one another and that the bond within the label is strong:
“The relationship I share with Reekado Banks, Di’ja and other members of Mavin is family-like. We share a great bond and we see ourselves as one. We look out for one another and pray for our collective and individual success.”
