#BBNaija: Team TENA wins favourite couple challenge

The live show today came with a surprise, after team TENA (Teddy A and Nina) was announced as the winning pair in the favourite Big Brother Naija couple challenge.

However Big Brother who announced their reward for winning the challenge, initially said team TENA will not be participating in the ‘head of house’ challenge this week. Big Brother further disclosed that whoever wins the head of house challenge, won’t have the veto power to save Teddy A and Nina.

However before the end of the live show, Ebuka announced that Big Brother has more in stock for TENA. The disclosure was followed by an announcement of ‘immunity’ granted to TENA, from eviction.

Recall that we reported few days ago that housemates of Big Brother Naija 2018, who were on Monday re-paired, have been given new names for the second eviction show.

The new unique names is as a result of pairing system adopted by organisers of the programme to determine eviction.

The new names were given by Biggie for viewers to use while voting in the next eviction. Ebuka had during the live show promised viewers that there will be a twist in the game.

He said there will be no eviction this week so that viewers of the reality show can know more about the new pairs. Recall that the 14 housemates on the quest for the N45 million star prize were on Monday reshuffled following Sunday’s eviction.

Below are the unique names for the new pairs

1. Tobi / Alex – Tolex

2. Teddy A / Nina – Tena

3. Bambam / Rico – Bamco

4. Ifu ennada / Leo- Lifu

5. Miracle / Anto – Mito

6. Ahneeka / Angel – Gelah

7. Cee-c / Lolu – Ceelo

We also reported that Big Brother Naija reality TV show live show this evening, was really a night of revelation, as some housemates reeled out their feelings which has been under speculation before now. One of such housemates was Alex .

Alex who was asked by Ebuka why she was crying after her banter with Leo , disclosed that it got to her because she loves him and he is the only one who she feels comfortable with. She further disclosed that the banter occurred because he misunderstood her personality, and how she handles things.

On the other hand, Teddy A told Ebuka that even though getting paired to Nina is working out, she can’t get in the way of what she feels for BamBam. He further disclosed that Nina has gotten to know that he is not just a guy with tattoos, but a smart guy and a great listener too.
