Martin Garrix has confirmed that his collaboration with David Guetta, ‘So Far Away’, will no longer feature a guest vocal from Ellie Goulding.Garrix gave the collaboration a road test during his Tomorrowland set earlier this year which seems to have annoyed Goulding’s management and label.
Goulding admitted on Twitter that she hadn’t even heard the track herself before he played it out, though she admitted say she was “cool” with that but it turns out her team were not best pleased and have blocked the track’s release.So everyone involved in the track loves it yet due to label politics it’s not going to be released in its original form, and will now feature male vocalist Jamie Scott.
