Snoop Dogg says at the beginning of his new video “ Revolution ” featuring October London, out Monday (June 12) . On the Just Blaze-produced track, Snoop narrates the victimizing experience of people of color at the hands of law enforcement.The video depicts scenes of black men being handcuffed and running from the police. A young man is seen holding a camera phone, alluding to the present-day awareness around police brutality .
