Stoke City Complete Loan Signing Of PSG Striker Jese Rodriguez

Stoke City have completed the loan signing of winger Jese Rodriguez from Paris Saint-Germain.

Jese Rodriguez ’s arrival at the bet365 Stadium means Stoke have more Champions League winners in their squad than any other English club.

The 24-year-old, who won two European Cups while at Real Madrid, failed to make an impact at PSG since his move last summer and spent the second half of last season on loan at Las Palmas.

Jese has been a significant failure in the transfer window for manager Unai Emery. He started just one Ligue 1 match last season before returning to Spain via a Las Palmas loan deal in January.

In total, he made 14 competitive appearances for the Parisian outfit and scored just twice, but Mark Hughes now looks set to give him a chance to reach the enormous potential he once showed at the Bernabeu.
