It is just after 10.30pm on an average weeknight in Liverpool’s red light district.
This week it was reported how Merseyside has more street-based sex workers operating in the region than anywhere else in the country outside of London.
Driving along the road it is clear that this area has become one of the city’s main hotspots.
Local residents the area appears to be the epicentre of the prostitution and trafficking operations, the Liverpool Echo reports.
