As most everyone directed their attention to either the MTV Video Music Awards, Game of Thrones, or a new episode of InsecureSunday night (August 27), Frank Ocean decided to gift his real ones with a world premiere of his newest “Provider” track on the latest episode of his “blonded RADIO” show on Beats 1.
The singer-songwriter rolls out yet another smooth ballad with the track that comes in tandem with an official lyric video, currently only available to view via his website.
In the clip, visual artist Tom Sachs takes a boombox and recontructs it with larger speakers and a machete, then sticks a tape in to play “Provider.”
