Meek Mill – 1942 Flows | DOWNLOAD MP3
Meek Mill’s Wins And Losses is loaded with solid tracks and high profile features, but some of the strongest moments come from when Meek stands alone. In many ways, “1942 Flows” feels like another title track, with the “wins and losses” refrain and frank references to his much-discussed personal life. At nearly five minutes, it’s also the longest track on the album. Luckily, Meek goes in for four verses of straight rapping.
There’s no autotune or trap-vibes here. Just one man and a soulful instrumental, courtesy of Dougie. While Meek proves himself capable of keeping up with current musical trends, some of the album’s strongest moments come from when Meek looks to the past.
