APC Lagos Chairmanship Aspirant Dies In Car Crash
One-time APC Chairmanship aspirant in of Igando/Ikotun Community, Comrade Shakiru Balogun, died in a fatal motor accident, involving a LAWMA truck on Friday, July 21, 2017.
It was gathered that Balogun, who was also a former Chairman of National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Igando-Ikotun Chapter, was an aspirant for the chairmanship position before he lost at the primaries , but before his death remained one of the very strong and influential political figures in the community.
