Jay Electronica dropped a brand new track on Monday night called “Letter To Falon. ” It’s unclear if this is a cut from the rapper’ s now mythical debut album Act II : Patents of Nobility . It’s honestly just good to hear a solo track from the rapper , who has spent much of his career shrouded in mystery. it has been a while since music lovers have heard Jay Electronica’s voice, last contributing to records by Chance the Rapper and Emeli Sandé in late 2016.
Inspired by former NBA MVP Kevin Durant ’s stellar performance in this year’s NBA Finals, Jay Elec decides to liberate a new record.Titled “Letter to Falon ,” the mid-tempo lyrical juggernaut is co-produced by the New Orleans MC , The Bullitts & Pau Epworth . The song originally was set to appear on Electronica’s long lost myth, Act 2: Patents Of Nobility album , indicated on a track list the Roc Nation rapper released back in 2012.
