​Roberto Esquivel Cabrera from Saltillo, Mexico, has the largest joystick in the world, with a member measuring a mammoth 18.9 inches, making Jonah Falcon’s famed phallus look like a flaccid flop.

Jonah Falcon is the renowned record holder of the longest joystick in the world but this man right here has vowed to disprove that.

Despite health concerns expressed by medical experts over the size of this trouser snake, Roberto is practically unmoved and looks forward to even more adventurous life as a Porn Star when he finally gets to America.

He said
