Kenyan Bishop Dragged to Court for Stealing a Politician’s Expensive Range Rover Jeep

​A church bishop who allegedly stole an expensive Range Rover Jeep has been dragged to court over the matter. Bishop James Karimi was on Friday arraigned before a court for allegedly stealing a Range Rover belonging to a Jubilee Member of Parliament.

According to The Kenyans, the man of God is accused of stealing the Sh1.8 Million car of Mandera North MP Adan Mohamed’s on August 20, 2010, in Nairobi.

He appeared before Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogemba, Mr Karimi and denied the charges. He was also charged with two other counts of issuing bad cheques to the MP, knowing his account had insufficient funds.

Karimi was later released on Sh100,00 cash bail.
