It’s undoubtedly the most popular bundle plan on the 9Mobile network.

Subsribers on MoreFlex will enjoy more airtime for making cheap phone calls to all networks, browsing and sending SMS to any network.

But subscribers after a while get tiered the way their money is being deducted because of auto renewal, and next they start seeking a way to opt out of easy flex. So haven gotten several request on our “Edujandon.com Tech” section I decided to give a guide on How To Cancel And Totally Deactivate 9Mobile MoreFlex (Formally Etisalat EasyFlex)

How to opt out…

  1. Simply Dial *344*0# to deactivate, or send “OFF” to 344
  2. Wait for a message to confirm your deactivate
  3. Next dial *200*2# and select from the list that will appear a new prepaid tariff plan you want to migrate to.  example: morecliq, moretalk etc. You will be charged 100 naira

Remember you can always opt in back by dialing *344*X #, where X  is for the amount e.g. = 200, 300, 400,…. 4000, 10000, 20000.  Or simply send “X” to 344
