Soccer Legend, David Beckham Travels To Swaziland; Meets With Children Infected By HIV (Photos News)
David Beckham has travelled to the drought-hit community of Makhewu in Swaziland, Africa to meet children with HIV and AIDS. The sports and entertainment icon was pictured laughing and joking with children and meeting mothers and their young babies. Beckham, 41, visited the village during a trip to see the work carried out by ‘7: The David Beckham Unicef Fund’..
“Had an inspiring time in Swaziland with @unicef,” Beckham wrote in the caption. “To see how how my 7 Fund is supporting children living with HIV.”
“It makes me very proud that the money that the 7 Fund provide has helped these amazing mothers to give birth to perfectly healthy HIV negative baby’s …” the onetime soccer star said.
