Elected president of Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte has sparked outrage by saying he will award a medal to anybody who shoots and kills a drug dealer. So, he has ordered his people to carry a gun and shoot dead drug dealers for a medal.

Speaking at a victory rally, the president told hundreds of excited supporters to take the law into their own hands by shooting any drug dealer they saw resisting arrest.
He said: “Please feel free to call us, the police, or do it yourself if you have the gun, you have my support.

Duterte will start a six year term as president on June 30 after he won the presidential election. He has ordered three police generals at the national police camp in Manila to resign for involvement in “unspecified crimes” and threatened to humiliate them in public if they did not step down.
