Watford frontman Odion Ighalo justify his call up by Coach Oliseh
Newcastle 1-2 Watford. Odion Ighalo has more goals than anyone else in the top four tiers in 2015 (20 in 24 games)
Ighalo justify his call up by Coach Oliseh as he scored againt Newcastle in last weekend Epl
match.
The Nigerian forward exploited every single opening in the Magpies’
defence during the first half, making gaping crevasses of glimmers of
opportunity.
While Ighalo’s mobility ensured that Newcastle’s backline was on
tenterhooks throughout, the forward did demonstrate something of a lack
of composure in front of goal—missing the target with two fine chances
before finally finding the net.
Remarkably, when the goal came, it was the forward’s 19th goal in 24
league outings during 2015—a record that makes him the key (and perhaps
only) candidate to lead the line for Nigeria in the upcoming matches against the Democratic Republic of Congo and Cameroon..
